Inexpensive Kitchen Prep Table

There is really one thing that just about any kitchen can stand to have more of and is such an easy accessory to afford. Since I added my first nice kitchen prep table to the kitchen it has provided a lot more work space to the facility and it has been able to open up the entire room and provide more space for people to work. The beauty of having the table to allow more people to actually do the prep work has eliminated time that everyone has to be in the kitchen at the same time and provided a more efficient kitchen.

A Table for the Prepping

I have been a waitress at a restaurant for about a year now, and I have really enjoyed my time there. I originally started working there in the summer so I could make some money while I wasn’t in school, but I have continued working part-time throughout the year. I have made lots of friends that work there as well. We gather after hours around the kitchen prep table and talk about our days and the customers we had. The kitchen really is quite nice with all the latest for commercial restaurants. I’m just glad I actually enjoy what I’m doing at this point in my life.

The systems that Tina was thinking about buying

I was at my office Tuesday morning looking at some stats from the Rialto office. I work for a small finance company and I am currently managing two offices. While going over those stats I got a phone call from my friend Tina who was currently opening up a coffee shop over in Barstow. The reason she was calling me was to ask me about a couple of grease trap systems. Before I worked for the finance company I had worked for a small restaurant up near Big Bear and had some experience with things in kitchens. I told her what I thought of her choices.
