What is the difference between the Wilson K factor tennis rackets, and Wilson Ncode rackets?

Stiffer yet with more feel and more stable for off centre hits. A definite improvement. I demoed both the old Federer frame the 6.1 nCode 90 and the new Kfactor 6.1 Tour 90 and the Kfactor just seemed so superior I bought a pair. It was similar to the original 85 ProStaff.

With the control expected in todays top player rackets, the Wilson K Factor KBlade 98 has become one of the most versatile racquets in Wilsons K Factor family. The K Blade 98 has been designed to deliver a solid feel for accurate and dependable shot making from anywhere on the court. We found that the Wilson KBlade 98 is a great racket for those avid players seeking something to improve their game.

In comparison to its predecessor, the nBlade 98, the Wilson K Blade 98 is jam packed with the cutting edge racquet technology of the K Factor. nBlade lovers will love the improved KBlade, because it features some of the great aspects of nCode, but in a more advanced way. The patented Karophite Black, an evolution of the nCode technology, utilizes a new structure incorporating additional bonds between the SiO2 and graphite molecules on a nanoscopic scale, resulting in more feel and a stronger, more stable racquet. The new shortened yoke design improves handling, maneuverability, and provides additional feel via the [K]ompact Center.

Is there a way to reduce the grip of my Wilson Ncode Nano tennis racquet from 4-1/2 to 4-3/8".?

Posted by admin on June 22nd, 2010 and filed under wilson ncode | 1 Comment »

I tried using it for sometime now but find it too big for my hand grip. I don’t want to dispose it for sentimental value.

the only thing you can do it take off the grip you have right now, and get a very very thin grip to replace it.

What is a better tennis racquet the Wilson [K] Factor six-one lite or the Wilson nCode nblade?

Which is better?

Depends on what kind of racket you like to use, go to the tennis store and try it. Swing it so you can tell which one you like better, not everyone like the same racket as you do, so you have to try it on your own.

What is the best wilson ncode tennis racquet for a 11 yr old boy who has been playing tennis for 2.5 to 3 yrs?

Posted by admin on June 17th, 2010 and filed under wilson ncode | 3 Comments »

Why not try the Ntour. You can still get it pretty cheap (under $80), and its a decent racquet. It still depends on how good you are, and whether you can handle a heavier racquet. For an average 11 year old, the Ntour should be fine. The Nblade and the Npro Surge are other decent racquets.

wilson ncode nrage s4d a good racquet?

Posted by admin on June 14th, 2010 and filed under wilson ncode | 2 Comments »

I am pretty new to tennis and was wondering if this is a good beginner racquet.

if you are just starting tennis, then almost every racquet will fit you. in my opinion, you dont really need a racquet specific to your style until you become more intermediate. then, the best way to find a racquet is to demo tons of frames from different companies. for example, before i bought the prince O3 tour MP 2 or 3 years ago, i demoed about 10-15 different frames. i hit with head and wilson and babalot and prince. i found the racquet that i felt helped my game the most and bought it. i have since bought 3 more and love the racquet now no less than when i bought it.

there is no set standard for how good a racquet is. it all depends on feel.

Question about Wilson nCode n6. What are the the plus sides of the racquet?

Posted by admin on June 9th, 2010 and filed under wilson ncode | 3 Comments »

I want to buy it and I’m not sure I can handle it.
I’m 16 and female (I’m pretty built though) and someone told me that the racquet is heavy and it would be pretty hard to adapt to the heaviness.
I heard of how good the racquet is, but I’m having doubts, what if the racquet is too heavy and affects my swing?

If you have the racquet (especially female), is it heavy? Is it awesome? ;P

Thank you!

I am not a girl but if I were you I would try out the racquet and if there are no stores nereby to do this you can do it off the internet. It really doesn’t matter what kind the racquet is or what color or height buy how well you played with. What I mean by this is if I just picked up a pink 5 year old tennis racquet and started hitting with it and every time I played with it I hit awesome shots more awesome shots than with my regular tennis racquet then I would play with the pink one.
