Make a decent sounding speaker from a disposable styrofoam plate. EZ and cheap project with surprising results!

    I made one of these (Really cool, it works)! I only have one problem with it. While I was using it, the coil overheated and melted the styrofoam plate. Does anyone know how to fix this? Maybe thicker magnet wire.
