    i used to serve holding it right on the 2nd bevel instead of 2nd/3rd (as in the left of the 2nd blvl, wen u hold it – its almost like u cant even turn the racket wen its like that)

    Not really – the continental grip is a universal grip that can be used for forehands and backhands – usually for slice strokes and volleys as this grip is the easiest to use when you are striking the ball from high to low
